Course Description
The Surgical Hands-On Refresher Program (SHARP) is a 4-day intensive surgical training designed to equip surgeons with comprehensive perioperative and trauma care skills.
This course provides hands-on training in:
Inter-Professional Trauma Team Training (IPTTT)
Basic Surgical Skills (BSS)
Perioperative Problem-Based Learning (PoPBL)
Participants will train using high-fidelity simulation models, expert-led debriefing, and case-based discussions to sharpen their decision-making and technical skills.
Practical application of surgical principles to enhance patient outcome
Structured protocolised evidence-based teaching
Deliberate hands-on practice to hone your skills in a safe environment
State of the art facility
LMS based learning to acquire knowledge at one’s own pace.

Learner faculty ratio and learner manikin ratio is well maintained
SHARP was a game-changer for my surgical practice. The hands-on trauma simulations and advanced suturing techniques enhanced my confidence in the OT.
The perioperative risk stratification and decision-making exercises were invaluable. I highly recommend SHARP to all surgical professionals!
As an orthopedic surgeon, this course provided critical insights into trauma management and surgical preparedness. Truly an excellent learning experience!
