Mechanical Ventilation Essentials
By Apollo Simulation Centre
Description
The COVID-19 pandemic has increased demand for mechanical ventilation expertise. Strategies to treat and manage respiratory failure are constantly evolving and it is essential for clinicians to have a complete understanding of the principles of mechanical ventilation while keeping themselves updated about advances in technology. Mechanical Ventilation Essentials is a unique blended learning course designed to give you a deeper understanding of how to treat and manage respiratory failure. The course will enhance your knowledge on why and how we ventilate people, what happens during ventilation therapy, the consequences of your decisions, and steps to liberate people from ventilators.
