The RHOC is designed to boost procedural competence and confidence in essential medical skills. It covers a wide range of topics, including ABG essentials, ACLS, basic airway skills, BLS, cannulation basics, chest X-ray essentials, crisis team training, and ECG essentials. This intensive 3-day course helps medical professionals enhance their skills, gain practical experience on lifelike simulators, and improve leadership and teamwork abilities.

This is a blended learning course that includes an online module and a contact course. The online lectures are interactive and provide learners with a clear understanding of knowledge. The contact course allows learners to receive active, hands-on training from expert doctors in a realistic hospital setting. ASC maintains the optimal ratio of learners to trainers and a wide selection of simulation manikins. Every learner is provided with ample time and space to practise their skills and perfect their techniques.
